F.A.Q.

  • Can I cancel my tour? This information can be found in either the Terms & Conditions field on the tour & activity information page, or at the bottom of most pages, under the link Terms & Conditions. If you have a confirmed booking, this information is also located at the bottom of your Key tours voucher / ticket.
  • Can I book over the telephone?  Key Tours  is a tour operator offering to its clients an online booking service and we offer 24 hour, 7 days a week customer service via email to support your booking questions. Our goal is to respond to each query we receive within 12 to 24 hours. Furthermore we have a call center, so if you want just to ask a questions or to proceed to a booking please call  our call center, is open 7 days a week: From 1st of April Until October 30, Mon - Fri, 7am to 8pm, Greek time. Sat & Sun our call center is open from 7 am  to 3pm  and 6pm to 8pm (Greek time). From Novemner 1 – March 30th:, Mon-Sun and 7 am  to 3pm  and 6pm to 8pm. International +30210 9233166. 
  • Is a convenient hotel pick up at your tours?  Hotel pick up points are listed on the tour information page, advised at confirmation time or you'll be advised (on your printable travel voucher) to call the travel provider's local telephone number 24 hours prior to confirm your hotel pick up details. Relevant travel service provider details are located on your voucher. It is suggested that you curry the tour & activity information page with you.
  • I'm not staying in a hotel, what is the closest pick up point? You will need to provide the nearest major hotel to where you are staying, and enter these details as the pick up in your booking request. Alternatively you can make your way to the main departure point.
  • Can I get dropped off after my tour to my hotel or in the city?  This depends on the travel service provider and will need to be asked directly to them on the day of the tour. Most travel service providers can drop you to a major hotel or city location, depending on their schedule on the day. You will need to check directly with them at the destination, prior to or on the day of travel.
  • Are you offering special group rates?  Key tours as a tour organizer is specialized also to groups and privates tours so please fulfill your request at the Private tours page or mail us at reservations@keytours.gr.
  • Does this operate on Christmas and Public Holidays? You can check the availability of a tour by clicking on the View Price Guide link. This will open a popup that shows the availability for the tour or attraction. Select the month in which the public holiday falls to see if the tour is available on that day. Please note that public holidays vary throughout many destinations where we offer travel services. Some travel service providers may decide at short notice not to operate on certain public holidays. This will be advised at booking if applicable.
  • What languages are available for this tour? The majority of the tours and services provided by Key tours are available in English only.  In some cases, you may be able to select a language option (where available). In some cases the tour contacted in two languages.
  • I'd like a private  tour for myself and/or my group. Key tours offers a wide range of individual  private tours, if these selection is not what you were asking for we will be glad to help you customize your tour (Greece option only).  if you want a totally different itinenary of those offered in our private tours section, please contact us with your request and we will do our best to satisfy your request. 
  • I have not received a reply to my emails. Some email internet providers can mark general booking emails such as those sent from Key tours as "spam" - please check your spam folder for previous email replies. If you have your spam filter set on the highest ranking, only emails from senders in your address box will go into your inbox. Any other emails (such as replies from internet sites you have booked on) will go into a "spam" folder. These emails can sit in this folder for up to 7 days and then your email system will automatically delete them.
  • When do I receive confirmation of my booking? The confirmation process depends upon the booking conditions. These are explained in the Additional Information field, located on the tour & activity information page. Most tours are confirmed at time of booking; however others will be advised to you within 12-48 hours. If confirmation or otherwise is not received within 48 hours, please contact Key Tours customer service (reservations@keytours.gr)  for further assistance.
  • Are you offering a Travel Insurance? We are sorry but we are not offering a travel insurance . Please contact your insurance advisor or broker.
  • Is my credit card safe? Key tours uses EUROBANK S.A. for handling all the payments. Eurobank uses  the Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer and all other popular browsers. SSL encrypts your personal information such as your password, address and telephone number, and your credit card is available only to you and the credit card companies. This encryption makes doing business on the Internet as secure as making purchases by telephone.
  • Can I book more than one tour at a destination? You may book any number of tours available in any destination, depending upon your available time. If you are booking more than one tour in the same city, please allow sufficient time in between tours, to allow for traveling between departure points. Each tour must be booked separately, as each individual tour requires a separate confirmation, voucher and credit card transaction.
  • How do I buy a Gift Certificate? Key tours offers a Gift Certificate service. All Gift Certificate sales are final. Gift Certificates are not refundable. All Gift Certificates, including any unused balance, expires one year after the date of issue.
  • How do I redeem a Gift Certificate? Visit www.keytours.gr and browse through our entire range of tours , transfers and activities worldwide. When you've found what you want, click Book and follow the standard booking process. Enter your Gift Certificate code on the Payment Details page. If the value of the items you book is greater than your Gift Certificate, you can pay the balance using an acceptable credit card. If the value is less than your Gift Certificate, we'll store the balance in our database for you to use on another occasion. Note that your Gift Certificate, including any unused balance, expires one year after the date of issue.
  • Can I get a refund for a Gift Certificate or redeem it for cash?  All Gift Certificate sales are final. Gift Certificates are not refundable. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
  • Can I change/amend my booking? It may be possible to amend your booking, however this depends upon the type of amendment required and is at the discretion of the travel service provider. Contact Key tours customer care department with your current booking number and specific details of your amendment, and we will be able to advise if the change/amendment is possible.
  • What do I do if I am delayed for my tour? There is no guarantee that you will be able to join your tour on a later departure, as they may be fully booked. Please allow sufficient time, whenever possible, to reach the departure point in time for your tour. Check also for cancellation penalties.
  • What happens if when I get there, the tour is not running due to unforeseen circumstances? Full refund  since it is not your mistake.
  • I need to change the passenger names in my booking, what do I do? Not all bookings can be changed. Please call Customer care department of mail to: customercare@keytours.gr
  • I need to cancel my booking. Not all travel products can be canceled at no cost. Please read through the Terms & conditions located at the most key tours pages, and also on your voucher, regarding cancellation fees.
