Key Tours constantly ensures to have the lowest prices available online and it is committed to protect customers from paying more on taxes (which are already included in the price of our tours) or service fees to intermediaries, as we are the local operators of the tours and do not charge more than what you purchase.
Thus we are willing to refund the price difference, if you find identical service (priced in the same currency) within 72 hours of booking, just by sending us all your booking details and date along with full details of the website offering the same service under the same conditions to our customer care team email@example.com. It’s as simple as that!
Furthermore, if you arrive at a destination and find the same activity or trip/tour offered at a lower price from any operator we are committed to refunding you again the difference. Please send us again the details at the aforementioned email.
How to request a refund from KEY TOURS!
Please make a copy, screenshot or print the activity or trip/tour of the lower rate. In order to claim your refund please do not forget:
- Key tours Low-Price Guarantee is available to any customer who makes a purchase through www.keytours.gr. Show, theater, concert or any other event ticket are not covered by our guarantee policy.
- If you find a lower rate for the same tour or trip or activity, offered on the same date and priced in the same currency, on any other Web site within 96 hours following your confirmed reservation on www.keytours.gr, then we will refund the difference.
- Especially, upon arrival in Athens, if you find a lower price offered by any travel agent for the same tour or activity operating by KEY TOURS, offered on the same date and priced in Euros, we will refund the difference.
- To submit a refund request, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- KEY TOURS reserves the right to make all necessary verification of the lower price and it is at KEY TOURS discretion all refund decisions.
- Refunds of the price difference will be processed to the credit card used for the original booking.
