Trip was beyond amazing. Maria our guide had a degree in archeology so she was not only passionate about what she was showing us, she knew every aspect of culture, history, and art. Not only did we learn an incredible amount, she maneuvered us around all the large swarms of crowds so we even got some private time sitting with the ruins at Delphi. Lunch was amazing, even the ride was amazing! Well worth the price to see it privately. I'd go back and do it all again anytime
My wife and I would totally recommend this trip we were picked from our hotel by a wonderful tour guide Marianna who was ably assisted by the driver Kostas . The tour to and through Delphi was great our guide was full of knowledge and we were given a great deal of information and the museum definitely worthwhile to visit. The lunch was full of great Greece flavours and much more the expected the view from the restaurant was spectacular and definitely a must. WE HAD A GREAT DAY AND WOULD RECCOMMEND THIS TO ALL.
We felt like royally - in our own vehicle and a wonderful guide and driver, who attended to our every need and fancy!!!! A stunning lunch with wonderful views. Had a bit of rain the start the day, but the sun came out and did not effect us in any way. Thanks a MILLION for the most stunning wonderful enjoyable sun filled da
This day tour was amazing. We were promptly picked up at hour hotel by our tour guide from KEY Tours, Anastasia, and and our driver, nikos. The narration on the driving trip was just enough to make the one hour journey seem very short. We had ample time at the Temple and Anastasia walked us through the entire site and allowed some time to wander on our own. After a lunch in Arachova, we headed back to Athens and our hotel, making an unplanned stop at a beautiful monastery . We sere very pleased with KEY Tours
It was a great experience, and our family - me, my husband and our teenager son- were really happy that we made a choice with Hosios Loukas monastery. Delphi was a fascinating place, and we were glad to come there early in the morning and enjoy the charm of the place without crowds of tourists running around. We made a slow walk up enjoying the countryside with blossoming trees and majestic ruins around us. The museum on site is very informative! \r\nThe monastery of St. Loukas was a place where you can realy experience a feeling of being here and now: calm, spiritual, yet friendly atmosphere. \r\nAnd few words about our guide - Kostas. It looked like he really enjoyed our excitement and really minded what we liked - architecture, landscape or food. He shared a lot of knowledge during the trip, and it made it a very special one.
This was our first trip to Athens. The trip to Delphi was an unforgettable experience. Niko drove us there and to the monastery after that which was a beautiful experience . \r\nWe ate authentic delicious Greek food for lunch at the place that Niko and Anna our guide took us which again was amazing. \r\nWould suggest to to get a guided tour at Delphi if possible may make the experience even better. \r\nIt was a good day trip thanks to KEY TOURS.
Transportation was in a very comfortable van with an exceptional driver - Charis Our tour guide Apostolos made this tour more wonderful than we could imagine. His knowledge of Delphi, Greek history and connecting all this information to relative modern times was fascinating and enlightening. We had a great day and were able to see the Apollo temple, the Athinian treasure, the musuem among many other sites from the beautiful view. His narrative and engaging personality made this trip extra special! Our meal at Arachova was delicious and the staff very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this tour!
Excellent day of tour! Mariana was our guide and she was so kind and informative! Very soothing voice and just and overall peaceful experience. Lunch was fantastic and the bus was very nice! Driver was safe and excellent as well!
