Athens Cooking Lesson & Dinner
Not only will you visit one of the most popular “tavernas” in all of Athens, but you will also be initiated into Chef’s cooking secrets with easy instructions and plenty of “hands on” preparation and cooking. But the best of all is the sumptuous dinner that you will have with the rest of your “classmates” at the end of the lesson.
The hands on cooking course includes starters and a main course. And the best part, after you have successfully prepared a meal fit for a king under the constant guidance of Chef, at the end of the course is enjoying the meal you have helped to prepare with a glass of wine.
Get to know the wonderful world of Mediterranean cuisine; the herbs, the fresh vegetables, the choice meats that we always use and learn the basics on how to prepare a full Greek Sunday dinner with easy to follow recipes.

It is up to you whether you will actively participate in the making of this one dish and the instructor will provide you with a vegetarian alternative of your choice for your dinner. We can also accommodate gluten-free participants as long as we have advance notice. However, there are limited choices for other dietary restrictions such as dairy-free. If you have any of the above dietary restrictions or serious food allergies please contact us in advance.
The dinner typically includes the preparation of 3 to 4 starters, salad, a main dish and a dessert. Menus vary according to season as well as the fresh produce and meat available at the local market. At the end of the lesson you will enjoy the dishes with a majestic view of the Acropolis.
